If you are not familiar with the topograpy of Central Kentucky, you might assume that the terrian contains only gentle rolling hills. Nothing could be further from the truth. The Kentucky River passes through the heart of the Bluegrass region and gives the local cyclists a great deal of steep climbs and challenges to attempt.
